15w2d now. Queasiness hasn't totally gone, but it has backed off a bit more, so yay. :) We've started working on making room for the baby.
Our house has 3 bedrooms. Currently, we sleep in one of them, one is a study, and one is home to my craft stuff and a guest bed. The plan is for that last room to become baby's room, but stuff has to be moved out of there in order to make room. So my crafty stuff will be relocated to the study. Except that the study closet was full.
Well, it's not quite as full now: we went through the gajillion old computers and computer parts Derek had stored there. We took like 5 CPUs, 2 monitors, 3 printers (including a dot matrix one...yeah), and a laptop to the hazardous waste place. When Derek wistfully showed me the very first computer he'd ever bought for himself, I asked if he wanted me to take a picture so we could one day show the kid what we gave up in order to have him/her, but he opted against it. ;) Also, Derek's knowledge of every type of cable that exists is really quite frightening to me.
So now the study closet has significantly more room. There's stuff on the other side that I need to go through (like all my notes from high school and college...oh, and does anyone want a French horn?), and a bunch of CDs that we both need to sort out. But we've started making headway, so that's a good thing.
I'm also making room for the baby to grow, apparently - I bought maternity jeans yesterday! My regular ones had gotten snug enough that I really didn't like the idea of wearing them on our trip to Augusta this weekend, so I figured I'd try on some maternity ones. They felt sooo much more comfortable than the regular ones. I guess I'm finally starting to get a little pudgy in the belly. (This is the first time in my life I've been happy about that...) Sorry, no pictures until I actually look pregnant instead of just fat. ;)

in my opinion, they should make all jeans as comfy as maternity jeans!!! i didn't want to give up my maternity clothes, but felt it was time to start wearing different things again.
Yeah, I usually hurry to get out of maternity clothes, too.
If you're seriously wanting to get rid of your french horn, I could see if our church would want it for the orchestra.
JM - yes, I'm seriously wanting to get rid of it. It's not very pretty - really tarnished, was like that when my parents got it for me in 8th grade - but it plays just fine, and I don't think it has any dents in it. It's a single horn. Shoot me an email (mmeblue at gmail) if you want me to send you a picture of it.
